Champion

Each year, Gulf States Toyota recognizes outstanding professional technicians who go above and beyond to support our customers. These individuals, known as Toyota Quality Champions, consistently submit Dealership Product Reports (DPRs) that contribute to improving the ownership experience for Toyota drivers throughout the region.

The 2026 GST Regional Toyota Quality Champion Event was hosted by Toyota Motor Manufacturing Alabama (TMMAL), in collaboration with Mazda Toyota Manufacturing, USA (MTMUS). It was an amazing opportunity for our DPR writers to gain a deeper understanding about the impact of their reporting and how it supports our mission of Early Detection, Early Resolution (EDER).
