How to qualify for the Quality Champion program:


• Seek to improve the quality of your Dealership and Toyota.


• Submit “High Quality Dealer Product Report (DPR)” on a “Regular Basis”.


High Quality Dealer Product Reports must include a clear understanding of the concern, precise diagnostic steps and a final resolution. Reports should also include GTS data, pictures or videos, and any relevant files.


Regular Basis suggest an average of 6 reports a month or multiple reports during an annual submission.
