At Palestine Toyota, quality is at the forefront of everything that we do daily. Quality sets us apart from our competitors and is our base standard of measurement in regards to our performance.

Having a technician recognized as a Toyota Quality Champion in our shop is one of the highest honors that we could ever receive. It means that Toyota recognized that one of our peers stood out among the best in the business, and felt the need to identify this person and their quality of work.

This has given everyone at the dealership a goal to work towards, and strive to achieve. Because of this recognition, our DPR culture has improved drastically. Everyone is now motivated to seek out the quality that Toyota is known for in every vehicle that comes into our repair facility. Our efforts have contributed to Tech Tips and Service Bulletins used for repairs that hundreds of other dealers across the nation perform every day.

As we continue to grow, we strive to improve the quality and workmanship of our product. As a team, we at Palestine Toyota help each other, lift each other, hold each other to a higher standard, and are always willing to assist our teammates in any way possible.
